Ads are always a great way to reach new customers and with the access that we have to technology today, you can reach a number of possible clients. Placing ads on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are perfect places to advertise. These are also inexpensive places to place these ads.

Reaching out is another way to pull clients in as well as bringing old clients back. It does not hurt to reach out to old clients to check in on them and see if there is anything that you can help them with. You will also want to make sure to keep in touch with current clients and offer them the same help. If there were any potential clients who never fully committed but showed interest, then reach out to them and maybe they will be ready to become a client.
Networking is one of the most important things that brokers can do. With so many people online, it can be easy to forget that networking offline is just as important. You can do this by attending conferences and/or speaking at these conferences. Networking is not all about finding new connections but also reconnecting with old ones. Whether they are old or new connections, they are all significant.
- Be available
It won’t matter how good you are at your job if you are not available to your clients. Make sure that you are available to current and possible future clients. Make them feel important.
- Get press
Any type of press will get your name out there. If you are able to get into the paper, do it.
- Be approachable
Treat people with respect and be friendly. Be approachable and kind. When people are comfortable around you, they are going to want to work with you more than they would if you were someone who is hard to be around or talk to.
- Be active on social media
Social media is not only a good place for ads, but it is also a great place to find potential clients if you are active on them. Create a page that shows what you have to offer and make your post customer friendly. Allow people to ask question or express concerns and be there to answer them. Also make sure that you acknowledge their concerns.
With all of these ways of reaching out to obtain new clients, you should also make sure that you are still focusing on your business.
