On Newstalk’s ‘Sunday Show’ with Shane Coleman we discussed the idea of trying to resolve some of the issues in the housing market as well as some of the things that cause problems with it. Our view is that making it easy to increase supply is probably the best defence, and certainly weighs up as more sensible when measured against ideas like rent control.
