Directions to Irish Mortgage Brokers
Reaching us from South Dublin
There is pay and display parking available on Mark Street, Shaw Street, Pearse Street and Townsend Street and right outside our offices on Pearse Street between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Our office is on Pearse Street between O’Neills Pub and the Fire Station. We also have some limited parking to the rear of our building. The only thing you need to watch out for is the fact that we are on the part of Pearse Street that is one way so if you miss us you might have to turn back on yourself which is easiest done on Townsend Street.
Reaching us by Train
Get the Train/Dart to Pearse Street station, when you exit the station turn right. You will arrive at the junction of Pearse Street and Westland Row / Lombard Street [the ‘Lombard’ pub is on the opposite corner]. Turn left at this junction so you are walking towards town and going the same direction as the flow of traffic, you’ll pass Station 32 of the Dublin Bikes scheme on the way. We are located approximately 200 metres down the road on the right from the Westland Row/Pearse Street junction, you’ll need to cross over at the lights just after the railway bridge, our building is fire engine red, you can’t miss us!
Reaching us from North Dublin
Cross the Liffey at the Matt Talbot Bridge [near the IFSC] and stay in the second lane from the right because you will be going straight ahead (most traffic turns right for Georges Quay or left for City Quay). You drive straight on through the next junction and it might be a good idea to look for parking (there is on street parking before you come to the railway bridge) because once onto Pearse Street you must turn right and there is no parking (except between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.).
There are secure areas to lock your bicycle outside our offices and to the rear of our building, the Dublin Bike Scheme also has two stations within c. 150 metres of our building they are Station 22 (neare the Irish Times on Townsend Street) and Station 32 (outside of Trinity College on Pearse Street). From Station 22 you walk down Townsend Street (away from town) and then at the first traffic lights you encounter turn right, then at the T-Junction of Pearse Street turn right again and we are four doors down. From Station 32 you just follow the direction of traffic and we are about 150 metres down the street on the right.
