* Legal fee is based on a standard Conveyance (Purchase or Remortgage), if you have any issues with the title of your property or if there are other non-standard aspects to your conveyance then an additional charge may apply, however you will be notified of this in advance by your solicitor.
* To avail of the Special Legal Package your mortgage must be over €400,000 (in special circumstances this may not apply).
this figure (400k) is an increase on the offer we had since 2004 however lenders have recently reduced broker commissions (from April 2008) by up to 50% and for this reason we can no longer offer the legal deal based on a mortgage of €200k.
